CFM Lawyers LLP collects the information on the claim forms to administer the settlements under the Orders of April 13, 2023 and July 29, 2026: to check your claim against the credit union's records, to calculate your refund, to contact you about your claim and to pay you.

We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not sell it. We disclose it only as needed to administer the settlements, for example to the Court.
